Job description / Role

Position: SAP MM Analyst

Company: A multinational logistics company offering 3PL, shipment, and warehousing services

Location: Iraq (visa and administrative support from UAE office)

Salary: Up to AED 25,000 + full accommodation package covering all travel, housing, food costs, etc., and insurance

Responsibilities:

- Provide support to the Materials Management team for SAP cataloguing, material standardisation, stock replenishment, inventory control, BOM/E-SPIR, and surplus materials management.
- Support to ERP migration project and related MM activities.
- Support SAP cataloguing activities and master data maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with cataloguing big rules and verify the material master data for completeness and accuracy.
- Support CMMS project and monitor the MIE's demands supply process.
- Collaboratively complete inventory reviews for E-SPIR and select optimum sparing levels for the supply chain, considering all elements and maintenance advisor input.
- Manage SAP VPS process and surplus stock management, including cataloguing, inventorisation, transfers, and reconciliation.

Salary:
AED 23,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 3 years in SAP Materials Management, material cataloguing, standardisation, and inventory management in a reputable oil & gas or logistics company.
- Strong SAP MM skills and materials knowledge are required.
- Ability to travel to Iraq
