Job description / Role

Employment: Contract

• Oversee the Rotation and business travel for Company staffs in align with Company Travel Policy.
• Co-organizing company conferences/events/workshops.
• Manage, Monitor and control the department expenses within the approved Budget.
• Lead to complete Department contract tendering process as per Company Procurement requirement.
• Contract management to ensure the implementation fully satisfy the cost recovery & compliance requirement.
• VOWD & Budget Performance Report Management.
• Assist Department Manager to compile Department’s Annual Budget.
• Control Department payment & reimbursement process.
• Edit & update section’s Policy & Procedures.
• Section staff administration and team building.
• Emergency responding and problem-solving.
• Secretarial management to Company Management team & President Office.
• Carry out the other responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager

Requirements

• Over 10 years’ experience, in Travel or Administration/Secretarial section in large oil fields.
• Fluency in English oral and writing, understanding and spoken
• Good knowledge of MS Office in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Good Knowledge of SAP and OA system
• Good knowledge on the cost analysis and cost control
• Good knowledge on the office administration & Executive secretary
