Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team and provide actionable insights into the telecom market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends, and delivering business insights that inform strategic decision-making. This role combines technical data analysis expertise with a deep understanding of telecom industry dynamics to drive growth and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze telecom market data, including customer behavior, market trends, and competitor performance.
• Extract meaningful insights using statistical and analytical techniques.
• Generate detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

2. Market and Business Insights:
• Identify market opportunities, risks, and trends to inform strategic planning.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of new telecom products, services, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand data needs and align findings with business objectives.

3. Data Collection and Management:
• Gather, clean, and validate data from internal and external sources to ensure data integrity.
• Design and maintain databases and data systems to support analysis activities.
• Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data (such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires)

4. Predictive and Prescriptive Analysis:
• Develop predictive models to forecast market behavior and customer needs.
• Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve business performance.

5. Collaboration and Communication:
• Communicate findings effectively through visualizations, presentations, and written reports.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the telecom industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Solid understanding of telecom market dynamics and business processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with telecom-specific data sources and analytics.
• Knowledge of machine learning models and AI-driven analytics.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems in a telecom context.

USD 4,500 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
