Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced site engineer to oversee and manage civil and finishing works for building construction projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all construction activities are executed efficiently, on time, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Supervise and monitor all civil works on-site, including structural and architectural components.
• Oversee finishing works, ensuring high-quality standards for materials and workmanship.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to provide guidance and ensure accuracy in implementation.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and timelines while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure all work meets regulatory standards and project specifications.
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts on-site promptly.
• Prepare regular progress reports and provide updates to the project manager and stakeholders.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• 3 years of proven experience in site supervision, specifically in civil and finishing works.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in high-rise or commercial building projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable construction practices.
