Job description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic spa supervisor to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a spa supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa facility, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.

• Manage and coordinate spa operations, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and locker rooms
• Supervise and mentor spa staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
• Oversee guest bookings, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and revenue
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
• Implement and maintain spa service standards and procedures
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote spa services
• Manage inventory of spa supplies and products
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction
• Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new spa team members

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of leadership experience in the spa industry
• Outstanding guest service skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, services, and industry trends
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written); additional language skills are a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work flexible hours with minimal supervision
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in computer systems, including Windows, MS Office Suite, Opera PMS, SpaSoft, and Micros
