Technical Assistant

Job description / Role

- Support the Project Manager in ensuring safe and timely operations for the Maintenance Crew.
- Help resolve project challenges and assist with client communications and meeting preparations.
- Aid in mentoring Local National Iraqi staff to support oil and gas production efforts.
- Coordinate with team members, including Maintenance Advisors and Planners, to ensure smooth operations.
- Promote a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental practices within the team.
- Assist in organizing meetings and tracking project progress.
- Monitor performance metrics and support personnel development initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain professionalism.
- Help with project execution and ensure adherence to established procedures.

- Compile reports and documentation for project activities.
- Track procurement and work schedules, identifying potential delays.
- Assist in preparing and communicating any necessary changes to project plans.
- Support audits and inspections, ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- Organize safety meetings and ensure they are recorded effectively.
- Participate in incident investigations and support corrective actions.
- Help compile reports and facilitate staff performance monitoring.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in project activities.
