Description

UI designer with a sharp eye for detail, excellent visual design skills, and a strong track record of developing and maintaining design systems. The ideal candidate should have experience translating brand principles into modern, clean, and unified UI designs, be ready to shape our design system, and contribute to creating exceptional user experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the visual design process for medium to large-scale features and product areas
• Lead the maintenance of our design system, including component creation and documentation
• Create pixel-perfect, production-ready designs across web and multiple mobile platforms
• Collaborate with product and design leadership to define visual direction and contribute to interface strategy
• Guide junior designers through design processes and provide constructive feedback during design reviews
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility and usability standards
• Maintain brand consistency while evolving visual design language across products

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UX design, computer science, or related
• 2-4 years of UI/visual design experience with a strong portfolio
• Expert proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma
• Proficiency in visual design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Proven experience building and maintaining design systems
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design
• Deep knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Understanding of front-end development constraints
• Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience mentoring junior designers
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
