Job description / Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mason to join our team in Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry and construction, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. As a Mason, you will play a key role in building and maintaining structures, using a variety of materials and techniques to create durable and visually appealing finishes.
Responsibilities:
- Lay and align bricks, blocks, or stones according to construction plans
- Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto bricks, using a trowel
- Cut or shape materials to fit specific dimensions using hand or power tools
- Ensure that all work meets safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role
- Solid understanding of masonry techniques and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong physical stamina and dexterity to handle tools and materials
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Certification in masonry or related field is a plus
Salary:
EUR
2,800 to 2,850
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
