Pre-Construction Design Manager

As the Pre-construction Design Manager (HQ based) you will be technically reviewing design information and advising on contract implications. You will be involved in work winning and will be liaising with multiple design teams across a wide variety of projects at pre-construction. Technical writing skills are a major plus in this role as is interest in business strategy and performance.

If you are currently living outside of Ireland, then the client can offer a relocation sum to enable long-term relocation to Ireland.

Requirements

• Have a proven track record of Design management during the Pre-Construction phase of projects in sectors such as Residential, Commercial, Education, Leisure, Industrial, Health & Retail.
• Previous or current working experience in Ireland, UK or Europe ideally.
• Ideally possess an Architecture or Engineering qualification.
• Have a high attention to detail
• Possess excellent IT skills.
• Have strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to remain calm under pressure
