Job description / Role
Responsibilities:
• Perform commissioning & qualification (C&Q) of various equipment and facilities.
• Be responsible for the development of documentation to support commissioning; such as user requirements specifications (URS), commissioning protocols and receipt verification.
• Develop and execute protocols, equipment start-ups, field verification as well as summary report writing
• Document equipment/facility commissioning & qualification activities in reports following procedures and templates.
• Review commissioning & qualification documentation for strategy, content, and GDP.

Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Medical Device manufacturing.
• Experience in commissioning & qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of manufacturing/packaging equipment and/or facilities is required.
• Relevant experience engineering, technical, and/or operations areas is required.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and Good Documentation Practices is required.
• Experience working in FDA/cGMP compliance environment required.
• In-depth knowledge and application of FDA and ICH regulatory requirements and latest guidance in the development, validation, and manufacture of Medical Device products is preferred
