Job description / Role
• To Help inform the strategy and execution of projects/initiatives that identify, design, & deliver optimal experiences at meaningful touch points throughout the customer journey to enhance relationships and differentiate Pharma company.
• Leverage customer feedback/information and collaborate with subject matter experts and agile teams to drive experience and process transformation
• Provide industry trends relevant to customer-facing technology and provide expertise as well as guidance to management on best practices.
• Work with internal technology, digital, and operations teams at Pharma company to position and promote customer-focused innovation at all touch points.
Requirements
• Experience in pharmaceutical sector
• Agile learning and working practices
• Fluent in English
• If the cluster markets have a common local language, then it would be the highly preferred option (i.e., Spanish in LATAM, Russian in EEU, etc.)
