Position Title: F&B Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 2.6 EUR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Malta, next to Italy, Europe

Job Description:
• Provide inspired leadership for the organization
• Make important policy, planning and strategy decisions
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
• Assist HR with recruiting if necessary, helping promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high moral
• Oversee budgeting, reporting. planning, and auditing with board members and senior stakeholders
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino, Indian, Nepali, British nationals
• 40 years old and below
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role in a similar industry
• UAE residency visa valid for the past 8 months continuously from 1 employer
• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months
• No plan vacation on the next 6 months
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
