Position Title: FnB Captain
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 1,5 EU all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Malta, next to Italy, Europe
About the Client:
A luxury group of 5 Star Hotels, based in Malta Europe, renowned as a summer destination for because of its serene ambiance, premium customer service, and elegant amenities
Job Description:
• Be the lead waiter on serving for VIPs, acting as the captain accordingly
• Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints and queries satisfactorily
• Ensure the restaurant is set-up for service and supervise for a smooth operation
• Direct the service team to ensure that all duties are performed as per standards
• Ensure that all new joiners for Waiter /Server position are trained well and have received adequate training grade to perform their duties independently
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and CIS nationals
• 40 years old and below
• At least 3 years of related work experience in the same role
• UAE residency visa valid for the past 8 months continuously from 1 employer
• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months
• No planned vacation in the next 8 months
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
