Employment: Full Time

Guildhall is working with a long term client on a major roads and interchange construction project in the beautiful Ivory Coast.

We are looking for a French speaking Project Manager to lead this $350m world bank project. This project will play a critical role in the upgrade of the roads, and highways network of the region.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing a site team consisting of Site Agents, Section Engineers, Foreman
- Developing programmes of work, ensuring they are achieved within budget
- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant client representatives & supply chain
- Provision of reports and management information to senior management and client
- Manage contractual issues arising with client and sub-contractors,
- Monitoring the activities and performance of Project
- Prepare Monthly Client Progress Reports

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- 10+ years comprehensive project management experience within highways and structures
- Commercially & contractually astute with good knowledge of administering a World Bank Project
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- 15+ years postgraduate experience in Civil Engineering
- Must be fluent in French
