Chief Civil Engineer (Spanish) - Caribbean

Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 10 years of international experience
- Management experience with outstanding leadership qualities
- Strong experience of Sub-Contractor Management
