A leading pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting an Associate Marketing Director for their Jordan office.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities will include but is not limited to:

• Lead definition and execution strategies within the MENA region.
• Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget to ensure alignment.
• Contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing policies, processes, and procedures.
• Build, develop, and manage the marketing team to improve their skills and marketing expertise.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within the pharmaceuticals industry.
• Must have MENA experience.
• Solid experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Creative thinker, with strong leadership and communication skills.
