Job Description & Summary

This will be done through a detailed understanding and redesign of support processes and tools, use of new and emerging technology and through introducing new ways of working from across the PwC Network
Responsibilities
As a manager in the Business & Architecture group you will be responsible for the holistic view of the business processes and based on prioritization manage the process of understanding, documenting, redesigning and implementing the change. You will be working closely with all parts of the transformation organisation and with engagement teams to ensure that the change we introduce sticks.
- Ability to see the big picture as well as working hands on with documentation and analysis

- Enjoys working with several tasks at the same time and have the ability to prioritize among tasks
Requirements
- Ability to present to an audience in a structured and systematic way
- Introduce best practices from other network firms and actively collaborating
- Design and apply the approach for cost benefit analysis
- Design and apply the approach for documenting processes
- Design and apply the approach for introducing changes to the processes
- Design and apply ways of measuring the effectiveness of the change to the process
- Work together with the change mgmt team on how to introduce the new changes in operations.
- Implement agreed upon change management procedures
