Job brief

As a bilingual copywriter, you will act as the brand’s voice. You will be responsible for maintaining consistency in communications across the Jordanian and Saudi markets through various channels, ensuring the brand’s identity is constantly harmonious.

We are seeking a bilingual word master with a passion for language and a love for fine details. The ideal candidate is proficient in Arabic and English, highly creative, able to conceptualize ideas, and experienced in writing for marketing purposes. You should also be well-versed in the Saudi dialect.

Key responsibilities

• Social media: writing engaging and localized content for all social media platforms in Jordan and KSA, ensuring that it is trendy, relevant, and consistent.
• Digital ads: creating compelling content for our digital ad campaigns for both markets, including headlines and descriptions, while adhering to keyword and character-count requirements.
• In-app content: developing new content for both the passenger and driver applications and continuously updating and refining existing text to enhance clarity and user experience.
• Website content: creating new content for our website and updating and improving existing content.
• Blog entries: writing engaging and informative blog entries for the website after thorough research that add value and strengthen the brand’s online presence.
• Press releases: drafting professional press releases in both English and Modern Standard Arabic to communicate company updates and milestones.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in languages, translation, or any related field.
• Proven experience in writing for marketing and advertising purposes.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (including Modern Standard Arabic and the Saudi dialect).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
