Job description / Role
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Budgeting, forecasting and setting monthly targets
• Stock management, fashion product ordering and product pricing
• P&L management
• Conduct periodic market analysis
• Hire, supervise and train the store teams.
• Conducting feasibility studies
• Cost and quality management
• Reporting, KPIs and retail numerical knowledge
Requirements
Skills and years of experience:
• University graduate
• Knowledge in the retail operations procedures
• Marketing and advertising planning
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Communications and negotiation skills
• Maintain the brand image and standards
• Visual merchandising background
• Problem solving and decision making
• Microsoft office skills
