Job purpose
The Business Transformation Services Specialist at Azadea's Business Services supports the implementation of transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes. He or she focuses on contributing to the identification and implementation of process innovations, supporting change management efforts, and assisting in the development and execution of business process enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements across various business functions. Support the implementation of these improvements by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation of Functional Design Specification (FDS) documents under the guidance of senior management. Collaborate with the business analysis team to ensure documentation aligns with project goals.
- Help develop requirements, specifications, and business processes related to technological enhancements. Support solution development, testing, and validation processes.
- Assist in designing, generating, testing, and validating insightful performance metrics, Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and measurement tools.
- Participate in cross-functional transformation initiatives, assisting with planning, implementation, and day-to-day execution.
- Provide support on small-to-medium size projects throughout their entire cycle, including planning, implementation, and day-to-day execution.
- Help design and implement policies and processes that enhance quality and efficiency within the business.
- Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently delivered and maintained, meeting all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and promptly addressing requests.
Qualifications
Language & technical skills
Language proficiency
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in French is a plus.
Technical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Specific skills
- Strong knowledge of business analysis, consulting, change management, and technical projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience
Two to four years of experience in a similar role.
