Job description / Role

Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Commercial Head to manage the GCC, Iraq, Jordan & Central Africa to be based in Jordan .

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Responsible for the profitable development of the business through maximizing the potential sales and profit growth and enhancing market accessibility across the assigned region.
- Provide strategic commercial direction to achieve company performance objectives.
- Manage a team of professionals providing guidance and development opportunities.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Leading direct report of 7 Directors managing a team of 200 members.
- Reporting directly to the CEO.
- Conduct market analysis and research about competitors, customers, and business opportunities.

- Open to Candidates based in, or willing to relocate to Jordan.
- Minimum 15 - 20 years of experience managing the Middle East region within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Must have sales and marketing management experience.
- Experience in managing a large team.
- Experience in Generic is essential.
- Cardio/CNS/Respiratory/Antibiotic experience is preferred.
- Financial analysis and Deep P&L understanding.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
