The Commercial Manager - Jordan will be responsible for the commercial strategy implementation to drive growth, customer experience and profitability. The incumbent will also be responsible to develop and convert the company strategy to marketing plans on branch level.

Description
The Commercial Manager - Jordan will be responsible for the following:
* Revamp the marketing methodology, introduce Digital Marketing and a CRM system
* Develop marketing activities and maintain commercial relationships
* Make improvements to existing systems, practices and approaches, and influence working methods to meet customer needs & improve sales
* Lead the translation of the commercial strategy (sales and marketing) into business tools and tangible plans for the branches, including digital marketing and CRM campaigns
* Support the development of overall standards and guidelines for sales and marketing, including pricing, service, promotion, advertising, PR, and media
* Analyze marketing programs and make adjustments as needed to improve effectiveness
* Communicate with media and advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns

Requirements
The Commercial Manager - Jordan should have the following:
* At least 10 years of experience
* Proven management experience in marketing in Engineering or Construction or B2B service industry in a fast based dynamic business environment
* Candidate must be based in Jordan or ready to relocate to Jordan
