Job description / Role
Client is a large international contractor has an urgent opening for a Contracts/Commercial Manager for a large project in Jordan.
The successful candidate is required to lead the commercial team on this large hotel/leisure/retail project.
Requirements
• Minimum Degree / MRICS qualified;
• Contractually astute, capable of drafting upstream & downstream correspondence;
• Experienced in hotel / leisure / retail projects in excess of US$ 600m;
• Experienced in major VO’s & Claims – identification, formulation, drafting, quantum, arbitration;
• Capable of managing and directing a small multinational team;
• Client-facing - must be capable of high-level discussion / negotiation with client / JV partners / 3rd party consultants.
