Optimiza is seeking a skilled data analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming data into meaningful insights that inform business decisions. You will analyze diverse datasets, create reports, and support stakeholders in leveraging data to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets, identifying trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with easy access to key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and support data-driven projects.
• Utilize statistical techniques to derive actionable insights from data and present findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Assist in the design and implementation of data collection systems and other strategies to optimize data quality.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify new opportunities and recommendations for business improvements.
• Monitor data integrity and accuracy, providing recommendations for data management best practices.
• Creation and modification of SSRS reports (Power BI) connected to Oracle databases.
• Creation and modification of PL/SQL procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field.
• Proficient in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret large datasets effectively.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and techniques.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and data management practices.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects efficiently.
