Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a highly regarded five star hotel in Jordan, an iconic tourist destination who is looking to hire a Director Food and Beverage to oversee multiple outlets including extensive events.

To be considered for this role you should have experience working in the Middle East ideally in a resort location. Having progressed in your career to the level of Assistant Director or Director Food and Beverage. You will have experience in managing a diverse team.


The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in resort or five star brands Middle East. This role really needs someone that is confident in all operational areas of food and beverage, a true leader with a passion for coming up with new ideas. As the role is in Jordan, preference will be given to individuals with regional experience especially in a luxury five star location performing a similar role or looking for the next step up in their career.
