Job Description

What you will be doing:

• Carries out occasional repair work as required.
• Prevents problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations.
• Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Technical Manager.
• Follows the preventive maintenance program.
• Applies water hygiene procedures.
• Carries out routine maintenance and repairs to all types of electrical equipment such as laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment including motors and motor controls, fans, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, and emergency generators.
• Ensures that the supplied uniform is clean and in good repair. Always maintain a clean and tidy appearance before entering a guest or public area.
• Ensures that the plant room, workshop and related areas are kept in clean and tidy condition.
• Attends to repair and maintenance of electrical low-tension panels.
• Attends to electrical and ancillary installations such as audio/video cables, computer cables and CCTV systems.
• To carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Assistant and Director of Engineering.
