Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key tasks
- The Executive Chef will support the running operation of the hotel before the renovation during 2019 to ensure high end food preparation while maintaining the high quality production of food items in all outlets.
- During the renovation, the Executive Chef will be a key person to maintain food quality and excellence within his team and will maintain high level of satisfaction for the part that will not go under renovation until full renovation phase is complete.
- Also during the renovation, the Executive Chef will support the designer team for Kitchen layout, concept, equipment and their installation. The Executive Chef will put a great focus on developing kitchen and F&B teams skills in their abilities to reach the Sofitel luxury standards
