Employment: Full Time

The Head of Shared Services is responsible for leading and directing the Global Shared Services Center to ensure objectives are being met and service levels are successfully achieved while ensuring ongoing strategic enhancement of processes and business optimization.

Key Accountabilities:
• Ensure global alignment of the Shared Services teams by providing leadership, direction and ensuring service delivery commitments are met
• Lead implementation of Shared Services program including the implementation of standards business procedures through optimized processes and advanced technological solutions delivering volume of transactions in defined deadlines
• Identify and develop strategies and services to support current and future internal customer needs (based on a predefined Service-Level Agreement SLA) in an efficient, consistent and cost effective manner
• Partner with internal stake holders and their respective teams to maintain and enhance transitioned processes in the Shared Services Center and ensure timely remediation of issues
• Keep informed of industry and regularity trends, ensure awareness of the competitive environment and identify implications and actions required to add value, as well as, respond effectively to the changing business environment
• Create and enhance insightful performance metrics and progress measurement tools promoting continuous improvement, optimization and enabling strategic decision making in alignment with internal standards
• Prepare and meet the annual budget and business plan of the shared service center, and develop the expenditure plan and goal setting process across the division
• Recruit, train and motivate the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that the staff is optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• A minimum of 9 to 10 years of experience in a management position; experience in Shared Services or
• Business Transformation is a major plus
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office, Oracle is a major plus
