Job Description & Summary

Our Talent and Performance team helps identify key talent value drivers specific to our business and focus on metrics based assessments of our talent management and talent drivers and identifying skills, roles, and people required to deliver our business strategy. You'll focus on enhancing performance management within PwC to offer benefits that are critically appealing to our employees which include career paths with a variety of opportunities, differentiated reward and recognition outcomes, and a culture of high performance and real-time feedback.

Our Talent and Performance team supports business in a) recognizing contribution of our People in a fair, consistent & transparent way (Performance) as well as identification, retention and development of the People our businesses needs to maximise client value (Talent). The Regional X-LoS Talent & Performance Manager works with the Regional Head of Talent and Impact and Regional Talent & Performance Lead to develop, define and implement the Talent and Performance agenda for the ME. The key processes in scope include ownership of: goal setting, feedback, annual performance review & promotions as well as talent reviews. On top of it there is a project-based part of the role related to business requirements that may include eg. development of career paths, variety of digital tools, training & analysis.

Tasks and Customer

- Acts as a trusted advisor/ expert in the performance / talent space for key stakeholder groups (HCBLs & People Team, People Partners & Business Leaders) - ensuring that they are best equipped to execute respective Talent & Performance agendas & processes in their Lines of Service
- Manages x-LoS, customer defined Talent & Performance projects (end to end) including identification, design and implementation with close cooperation with key stakeholder groups (incl. digital tools development / enhancement projects)
- Main point of contact for any talent & performance related activities - liaising with HC Business Leads to ensure consistency and alignment
- Owns training related to talent & performance space for key stakeholder groups
- Manages firm-wide communication on all activities related to talent & performance

Requirements

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management
- Master's Degree in Business Administration is preferred
- Professional Certification in Human Resources is preferred

Language

- Fluency in spoken and written English, proficiency in Arabic is an advantage

Overall Experience

- 5+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in a Human Resources management position within a leading regional organization and experience across all employee lifecycle activities such as talent management, performance management, L&D, operations is preferred

Specific Experience

- Significant experience in Talent and Performance Management in an international professional services environment with a proven track of record, including ownership of systems and tools
- In depth knowledge of human resource management best practices, especially within Talent & Performance space

Knowledge and Skills

- In depth knowledge of Talent & Performance area of diversity and inclusion strategy's implications on Talent & Performance
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of Talent & Performance systems / tools or high technical acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including relationship building capabilities
- Excellent project management and change management skills
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to use patience and diplomacy to handle issues
- Solid presentation/facilitation skills
