Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Preparing annual budget to be submitted to the Regional Office for approval.
• Monitoring the annual appraisal for the whole company on annual basis.
• Preparing all required E-forms and tracking its expiry date and discuss with the concerned parties the process of renewal.
• Responsible for the orientation induction for all new hired employees.
• Handling the recruitment and selection processes.
• Providing internal Audit with the required documents at any stage of time. And to make sure all files and processes are meeting the company’s set standard.
• Following up all Labors accommodations to meet the country’s set safety requirements. In addition, making sure all foreign new Labors are covered in the available accommodations.
• Following up the headcount to be aligned with the approved set budget.
• Announcing all HR related MEMOs to employees based on management’s directions.
• Making sure that all HR related decisions (Separations) are legal and meet the Ministry of Labors’ requirements
• Arranging to issue or renew foreign employee’s work permits
• Following up closely MOL’s and Social Security inspection visits to Company’s locations and following up their comments
• Conduct field visits to all sites on weekly basis
• To prepare monthly sales incentive plan, Breeder and Broiler bonuses and to send them for Regional Office for approvals

Requirements

• Education Level: BA Degree, Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field
• Working experience of Min 5 years in the same field
• Computer literate, MS, WORD, POWERPOINT, EXCEL (Professional)
• Communication skills
• Management/Leadership/Supervisory skills (Advanced)
• Excellent command of English Language
