Job Description & Summary
A Global Mobility Specialist is required to support the current Middle East Global Mobility team. The role will involve supporting Global Mobility for the 12 countries in our Middle East region and introducing additional mobility models such as regional mobility and exchange programs. As a result, the role will be varied and challenging. A key part of the role will be to provide support to assignees both during the relocation process and while they are on assignment. Therefore the ability to build strong professional relationships with our assignees will be important and ensure a quality candidate experience at all times.

Financial

- Supports in the monitoring and providing regular financial reporting and analysis relating to relocation/mobility costs for the firm
- Work with Global Mobility core team and finance to provide data in a timely manner
- Respond to request from overseas territories for assignee compensation / benefits information needed for their tax reporting. Liaise with regional Finance / Payroll contacts to obtain the necessary information
- Supports in the reporting of global mobility information and statistics to key internal clients as required, for purpose of tracking cost, time & source of hire and to keep them informed of progress on assignee moves.

Customer

- Acts as a main point of contact, managing and responding to initial enquiries from interested candidates from the Global Jobs Board, regional mobility requests or exchange mobility requests
- Act as a point of contact for assignees during their assignment and manage basic ad hoc queries, including home leave flights
- Collaborates across the wider organization to support effective and sustainable attraction activities
- Contributes to providing a quality recruitment experience for in-house and candidates through providing clear and consistent communications and follow-up and adhering to an efficient mobility process

Internal process

- Manage and update internal communications to promote GM opportunities both inbound and outbound through various avenues
- Collects data for reporting needs in a timely manner

Learning and Growth

- Liaise with Global PwC on Global PwC recruitment standards and metrics used throughout the network
- Supports improvements in the HC Operating model, specifically the increased delivery of standardised services. Looks for areas of continuous improvement across the Recruitment & Global Mobility function
- Promotes collaboration, trust and improvement between team members and across the People Team
- Works on specific projects related to HR initiatives as assigned
- Responsible for the continuing professional development of self and junior team members
- Develop members on the team from a technical standpoint
- Support internal knowledge management best practices, creating communities of practice both within own team and across wider function
- Act as a key resource and liaison to other functional areas of the business, building cross-functional relationships as needed
- Establishes a healthy work environment for employees

Requirements

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management is an advantage
- Professional Human Resources certification or Recruitment qualifications is an advantage (i.e CIPD, Level A/B Psychometric Testing)

Language

- Fluency in spoken and written English, Arabic is an advantage

Overall Experience

- 1 - 2 years of recruitment experience.

Specific Experience

- Knowledge and experience of the Middle East Region is required
- Experience sourcing candidates with professional services experience, internationally as well as across the Middle East is essential

Knowledge and Skills

- Experience and proficiency in recruitment technology is essential
- Experience and expertise of selection techniques including competency based interviewing and running assessment centres is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to use patience and diplomacy to handle issues
