Job description / Role
The Main Purpose of the role:
• To ensure the fresh products maintain the quality
• Ensure Critical Control point inspection is being adhered to
• Microbiological inspection of raw and finished products
• Finished product specifications as per customer requirements
• Issuing and monitoring of chemicals required for the production
