Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website.
- Optimize the website and social media channels to improve SEO rankings and user engagement.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the data.
- Assist with the management of marketing budgets and optimize the allocation of resources.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and PPC.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role within the hospitality industry, preferably at a luxury resort or hotel.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to track campaign performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
