Join our dynamic team as a Mystery Shopper in Jordan, where your keen observation and attention to detail will help enhance customer experiences across various retail and service outlets. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to gain insights into different businesses while contributing to quality improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail or service locations discreetly to evaluate customer service, store cleanliness, product availability, and overall shopping experience.
- Complete detailed reports and provide honest feedback based on observations and interactions during each visit.
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality while carrying out assignments.
- Communicate with the project manager or coordinator to receive assignments and report findings on time.
- Ensure all evaluations adhere to the company’s guidelines and criteria.
- Stay updated with company policies and required standards for assessment.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail with excellent observational skills.
- Good communication and writing abilities to provide clear and concise feedback.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively to complete visits and reports.
- Comfortable working independently without direct supervision.
- Discreet and professional in handling sensitive information.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones or other devices used for recording reports.
- Interest in retail and customer service environments.
