Operations Officer

Job description / Role

Kuehne and Nagel -Jordan is looking to hire a fresh graduate or a junior hire with 1 year experience in the logistics field to join our team.

Your tasks and responsibilities
• Opening job files
• Manage Daily Operations Building and maintaining relationship with customers to guarantee the excellent delivery of services as per KN guidelines.
• Receive shipment status and provide feedback for customers.
• Contact and coordinate import and export shipments with shipping lines.
• Prepare the needed documents related to freight procedures.

Requirements

• BA in a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience (logistics experience is preferable)
• English Fluency
• Team Player and Ability to handle diversity.
