Job Description & Summary

Organizational skills:

- Organizing and maintaining documents in a paper or electronic filing system, and archiving them as needed.

Scheduling skills:

- Coordinating the scheduling of members of the team.

Coordinating skills:

- Ability to coordinate amongst different OGC members and other stakeholders of the firm as needed.

Drafting skills:

- Ability to draft basic legal documents and daily communications in a professional manner. 

Researching skills:

- Ability to conduct legal research and summarize the findings for the lawyers.

Requirements

Multi-tasking skills:

- Ability to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Team-working skills:

- Ability to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment, along with strong communication skills.

Other skills:

- The paralegal may perform a number of other similar or related duties which may not be specifically included within this position description, but which are consistent with the general level of the job and the responsibilities described.
