Job Description & Summary
A career in our Experience Technology practice, within Experience Consulting services, will provide you with a unique opportunity to help our clients change customer behaviours through the experience journey starting with a strategy, then through design, and eventually implementation. You'll focus on bringing interactive tools in the form of mobile apps, websites, or other digital platforms to ensure our clients fully integrate customer and user experiences into their organisation.

We help our clients enhance their customer strategies by providing innovative technology solutions that address gaps in the consumer experience. You'll work alongside the other PwC experience teams to develop technology that fosters positive customer experiences and enhances our clients approach to market.

Contribute to the People Experience Strategy Management

- Support the People Experience Leader in forming the overall People Experience strategy and deliver projects identified as key enablers to the overall People and organization strategy.

- Support and enable a culture of continuous improvement within the People team.

- Support in defining the criteria and strategy for team planning around retention/progression & succession planning.

- Understand the team wide goals and challenges and align people experience activities with HC to inform decision-making.

- Developing and embedding shared values, behaviors and expectations of the way we work across the technology team.

- Drive learning, wellbeing, flexibility, collaboration and inclusion at the heart of Technology culture.

- Designing approaches to measure and assess employee engagement.


People experience BAU operations management

- Manage all People experience touch points, such as onboarding / offboarding, reward, and performance management as a service from HC and IFS people team.

- Provide guidance to Day to Day HC operations which includes but not limited to attendance, visa applications, job offers, benefits enrolment, employees' record maintenance etc

- Provide guidance to all HC initiatives, administrative tasks and projects

- Manage the creation and maintenance of people related documentation including: SOPs, Team charts & Structures, Roles and Job descriptions, etc., ensuring they are regularly updated, fit for purpose and compliant.

- Drive discussions around workforce planning across Technology alongside HC, and able to document and track these plans

- Query new roles that arise, and work out where they fit into the career leveling framework. Along with linking career leveling/reward/L&D - and support managers and function leads in doing the same for their teams.


Team Development & Effectiveness

- Support in creating a learning culture within the team, where people know clearly what they need to do to progress in Technology, and are supported in doing so.

- Diagnose issues related to team effectiveness, suggest remedies, and drive improvements through HC to enhance technologies people experience.

- Provide training to the team when required.


Programme & Initiative Management

- Plan and direct employee engagement events, which promote a high-performing, inclusive, and mission-driven culture.

- Manage and guide multiple complex projects and programmes, delegating workload and responsibility across the team. Utilizing champions/People Collective as a means of driving adoption and behaviors.


Change Management

- Work closely with management and confidently take control of change processes end to end.

- Developing a project scope statement, managing resources and stakeholders, and communicating in large and small groups.

- Strategically plan for time-sensitive projects in advance.

Requirements

Stakeholder management

- Effectively collaborate with all levels at PwC, to successfully deliver our People Experience objectives.

- Ensure the team is always up to speed on all relevant People experience related matters.

- Serve as a crucial point of contact between HC and employees in tech.


People Experience Data management

- Develop data reporting and metrics to support in driving the People experience strategy.

- Utilize data to drive informed people decisions to identify trends; determine root cause of issues and develop effective organizational solutions.

- Strategic Training Needs Analysis

- Diagnose team skill gaps via strategic TNA, and seek ways to improve and innovate learning delivery and measurement, exploring alternative approaches to conventional methods.

- Responsible for the creation and delivery of training programmes e.g. Management training, Technical training
