Employment: Full Time

• To ensure all necessary documents, approvals, licenses, visas and permits are applied and followed up on a timely basis for the smooth operations of the company.
• To update the managers on a daily basis

Main responsibilities:
• Application of Visas, permits, approvals, licenses for the smooth operations of the company
• To keep all documents up to date and monitor them carefully
• To report to the manager in a timely manner
• To run any errands required by the management
• To operate efficiently and effectively
• Reporting to: General Manager
• Subordinates: Admin, Secretary
• Number required: 1
• Duration: Permanent position
• Desired start date: Jan 2021
• Gross monthly base salary: 700 JOD


• Candidate must have previous experience in similar field for a minimum of 2-3 years, such as visa applications and applying for permits/licenses
• Candidate must be able to work efficiently and effectively
• Candidate must have a valid Jordanian driving license
• Candidate must be able to communicate in English and Arabic
