Line of Service<br>Internal Firm Services<br><br>Industry/Sector<br>Not Applicable<br><br>Specialism<br>IFS - Information Technology (IT)<br><br>Management Level<br>Associate<br><br>Job Description & Summary<br><br>Process Expert A Job Description<br>Responsibilities<br><br>Conduct workshops with process owners to understand, document, analyze their current processes, find pain points and rooms for improvement.<br><br>Develop process workflows to support process improvement initiatives and standardizing Tech processes in the region along with ensuring execution.<br><br>Assess processes to determine how to reduce rework, improve quality, improve efficiency, and/or improve the ability to deliver desired services while triggering automation opportunities.<br><br>Provide improvement insights using basic improvement methodologies and tools (Lean & Six Sigma).<br><br>Recommend and design the future process flow along with the necessary to-be documentations.<br><br>Outline a detailed plan including the steps and milestones required to implement the process improvements<br>Work with engineering teams to automate processes and increase across-the-team productivity.<br><br>Identify and maintain process KPIs for Tech services.<br><br>Build and maintain collaborative relationships with the Tech Leads and teams.<br> <br><br>Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) <br>Degrees/Field of Study required:<br><br>Degrees/Field of Study preferred:<br><br>Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) <br><br>Required Skills<br><br>Optional Skills<br><br>Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) <br><br>Travel Requirements<br><br>Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?<br><br>Government Clearance Required?<br><br>Job Posting End Date<br><br>
