Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A Multinational Pharmaceutical Company is looking for a R&D Manager to join their operations in Jordan.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide required documentation to Regulatory Affairs (RA) in a timely manner to support regulatory filings and supplement filings as needed. Coordinate with RA for product filing and addressing deficiencies.
* Responsible for leading and overall coordination of different drug development projects based on sound science and quality risk management
* Requires understanding of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and up to date knowledge on regulatory guidance and systems for drug products
* Responsible for development of various complex pharmaceutical dosage forms (e.g. oral and topical) based on scientific experimentation. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for drug product and process related technical issues
* Author and review technical documents including Product Development Report (PDR) and other relevant documents for regulatory filing purpose.

Requirements

Key Requirements:
* Candidate must have an MS with a minimum of 15 years or a PhD. degree with a minimum of 10 years in Pharmaceutics Sciences or related fields and relevant experience in product development in generic pharmaceutical industry.
* Candidate must be a good mentor and motivator. Motivate, develop, and train R&D staff to reach desired production and quality goals.
