Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in order to meet their financial requirements.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for SME clients, providing them with expert advice on banking solutions and products.
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses of SME clients to assess their creditworthiness and determine suitable financing options.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of banking services to SME clients.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of existing SME relationships, identifying potential risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to SME clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in relationship management, preferably in SME banking.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, particularly those relevant to SMEs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess creditworthiness and identify suitable financing options.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
  • Familiarity with local banking regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to meet targets and drive business growth.
