Description

Bank of Jordan, a leading financial institution in Jordan, is seeking an experienced and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, providing them with personalized banking solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with our top tier clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all banking needs.
  • Understand clients' financial goals and objectives and provide them with tailored banking solutions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand business and deepen client relationships.
  • Analyze clients' financial status and assess creditworthiness to structure appropriate financing or investment solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking services and products to clients.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide clients with informed advice.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of client relationships, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with local banking regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
