Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Service walk-in Customers in the office
• Handle calls from passengers and travel agents
• Handle reservations and ticketing
• Promote ancillary products
• Handle visas
• Handle group bookings
• Customer service
• Modifications of bookings
• Increase Sales in shop
• Manage a team of reservations agent
• Achieving agreed objectives.
• Manage Manpower performance
• Time Management and manage quality of work
• Customer and Personal Service

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing , Sales or Business administration
• 3-6 years’ experience - Airline experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• Other languages is an advantage.
• Arabic Language is a must
