Senior Accountant

About Company & Role Purpose: The Senior Accountant is a key role responsible for overseeing the preparation of journal entries, conducting account reconciliations, and ensuring accuracy in payments. This position supports management across all aspects of financial accounting, reporting systems, procedures, and policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

• Assist with the preparation and coordination of financial audits.
• Perform daily/monthly account reconciliations for accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee accounts receivable collections and monitor aging reports.
• Monitor and forecast the organization's cash flow to meet operational needs.
• Develop and implement liquidity management strategies.
• Identify and assess financial risks related to operations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the treasury function.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, MBA, CPA, or ACCA.
• 4-6 years of experience in a fast-paced organization.
• Experience in audit and statutory reporting is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience in accounting and reconciliation processes.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in the crypto ecosystem.
