Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Monitor and enhance the stock services operational processes in the stores to further improve the customer experience.
• Review, assess, and enhance current existing systems and processes to increase efficiency and ensure that the best practices are always maintained.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of COGS and retail service levels are consistent with financial records, and ensure monthly reconciliation reports are prepared and approved by relevant financial services teams.
• Monitor shipments and related overhead costs to ensure they are properly recorded, comply with tax laws, and ensure timely reconciliation of reconciliation accounts
• Implement new processes and systems when needed to be able to adapt to converting business needs and evolving technologies and analyze country regulation in relation to VAT, taxes, customs, translation, special transactions
• Maintain and regularly update seasonal and input margin files and conduct change impact studies to keep relevant stakeholders such as trade, finance and retail service teams up to date with relevant changes to keep
• Review, assess, and enhance existing policies and processes on continuous basis to build proper efficiencies and effectiveness while making use of the latest technologies.
• Validate and approve the retail service's terms in the franchise agreement for new brands/countries/e-com channels.
• Setup the brand business model with the supplier and commercial team in coordination with regional IT- Compliance/ Accounting teams to provide data and other evidence that demonstrates how a business creates and delivers value
• Ensure proper testing of business processes prior to new stores opening date to properly adopt continuous improvement and strategies, then maintain efficient ones.
• Follow up, support, and monitor the implementations of the business processes on live environments and do the needed fine tuning
• Create and update existing policies while documenting any new business models to comply with new laws and regulations and address new systems or technologies, which can result in consistent practices


Requirements

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance or any related Field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar field
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office
