PAYFORT is part of Souq Group, established in 2013. PAYFORT is regional expert in payment processing technology and solutions across major markets in the GCC & Levant countries, operating in UAE, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Jordan and Qatar.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in building various online payment solutions, automating various processes, integrating and optimizing payment methods integration
- Coach and lead other Senior Development mangers who are managing other engineering teams
- Act as an entrepreneur, taking ownership of your services and maximizing the value you provide to your customers.
- Work closely with the product teams, TPMs and engage with other stakeholders
- Estimate, plan, and divide projects to deliver frequent value to production.
- Manage day-to-day activities of engineering team
- Provide regular reports on status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to management to enhance merchant and customer experience while paying online.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
- 7+ years of relevant engineering experience
- 3+ years people management experience
- Experience with Web service technologies
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Ruby, Scala, JavaScript, C/C++ with a strong base in object-oriented design and development
