Employment: Full Time

Assistant to Project Director - Kazakhstan (IMMEDIATE)

Our client is an award-winning, global design firm with an excellent reputation throughout the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Due to ongoing expansion, a requirement exists for an Assistant Project Director with a proven track record delivering large scale mixed-use, commercial, retail and residential projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on large scale complex projects with design and project management skills.

Global applications are welcomed.

Candidates who can mobilize quickly will be at a distinct advantage

Requirements

• Degree qualified (or equivalent due to visa restrictions) in Architecture / Civil Engineering or relevant related discipline
• Possess a minimum of 10 – 15 years’ experience working ideally with Project Management / Architecture & Engineering Consultancies
• Design and Build Experience
• Experience in Design Management. Project Management and Project Administration
• Previous experience working on large scale mixed use / high rise developments
• Excellent leadership and communication skills are a pre-requisite of the role.
