Job description / Role
Leading British Contractor is looking for a Commercial Manager to work a building project in the hospitality sector. The Project is a fast track 5 star hotel project and the Commercial Manager will run the project commercially from inception through to completion. Candidates will have a track record in providing contract and commercial expertise on similar projects in the new build or fit out sector.
Experienced Commercial manager or managing quantity surveyor capable of leading a major hotel project or a large project and successfully manage a team to support in the smooth and cost effective delivery of the project. This role is for someone that is happy to work on an expat basis single status for the duration of the project (8-12 months).
Requirements
- Experience of hotel or similar building projects.
- A stable employment history.
- Happy to work on a short term (8-12 Months) fast track project with the potential to for longer term work in the UK afterwards
- Expert knowledge of all commercial contracts
- Previous Overseas experience preferred
