Contracts Manager - Oil & Gas

Job description / Role

• Required to join an international main contractor specializing. They have recently been awarded a high-profile oil and gas project in Kazakhstan and are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Manager to join the project team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of all contract-related matters on a major oil and gas project. You will act as the focal point for contract administration, change management, claims, and compliance with contractual obligations,

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 20 years' experience in contract management
• Experience working with international Tier 1 contractors on large-scale EPC or EPCM oil & gas projects..
• Proven experience managing contracts in challenging international environments, ideally within the CIS region or Central Asia.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to work on-site in Kazakhstan on a rotational basis
