View Req 36032BR : Retail Tenant Coordinator/Project Manager Mott MacDonald Kazakhstan LLP is now recruiting for an experienced retail fitout/tenant coordinator. You must have previous experience in retail fit out works and tenant coordination and experience of successfully managing 30-40 tenants/shop units within a new build shopping mall and commissioning and taking the mall to operational status.
The Retail Project Manager is to oversee tenant negotiations, manage tenant change control requests, manage several contractors, monitor progress and ensure construction activities are fully coordinated and safely executed in accordance with approved designs, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities include;

* Undertake all facets of project management (HSE, design coordination, budget control, schedule management, procurement, quality & risk)
* Interface directly with client and tenant representatives to define project requirements.
* Manage tenant change control including preparation of scope of work, establish project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones.
* Review construction documents and undertake field inspections to ensure Tenant premises delivery standards are consistent with lease agreement and deliverables.
* Support Tenant leasing and legal negotiations.
* Complete design and constructability reviews of project document submissions and ensure the same meet established criteria and design intent.
* Chair and proactively contribute to project meetings, tenant coordination meetings, issue minutes of meeting, prepare and issue correspondence/reports.
* Track, monitor and record progress of each project stage against goals and objectives
* Actively participate in resolving on-site issues in conjunction with Contractor/Sub-Contractor's.

Requirements

Candidate Specification:

* It is essential that you have specific experience in large mall retail fit out and tenant coordination.
* BS/BA Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management and/or related fields
* Project management certification APM is advantageous but not essential
* Strong communicator and able to build good professional relationships
* Experience and ability in managing multiple tenant design and general contractor teams, inclusive of, motivating, organizing workflow, delegating and providing direction or instructions,
* Able to use MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook, Dynamics CRM).
* A high standard of written and spoken English is essential.
* Written and oral Russian would be an advantage.
